Characteristics
1. Wear resisting:
The power strip wheel takes fiber back as the carrier. The sharp grinding sand has been firmly attached onto the fiber back by resin and will not fall off in the process of high-speed grinding.
2. No damage on the surface of workpiece:
The sharp and hard emery can quickly remove the coating on the surface of workpiece, but it usually leaves scratches.
The power strip wheel is surrounded by emery grains bonded onto fiber nets. The wear-resistant fiber mesh will polish the scratches left by abrasive grains while high-speed working which can not only removing the coating , but also polishing the surface of workpiece. It is more suitable for grinding thin metal.
